Dates: February 10, 2012 and March 1, 2012, 8:30 – 4:30 each day Location: Community Building LLC W 35 Main Spokane, WA 99201 Saranc 3rd Floor Conference Room Participants: Returning and New Examiners – all examiners participating in the 2011-2012 lite and full examination cycles are required to attend WSQA examiner training (If you have not attended WSQA-sponsored examiner training since Jan 1, 2011, you will need to attend a 2012 training session; additional sessions will be offered in Jun and Oct). Some exceptions will be considered (i.e. current Baldrige National Examiners, on-site training conducted by WSQA – contact Laura for details). WSQA is following the same guidelines as the Baldrige National Program – examiners are required to attend training every year.
