WSQA EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Jennifer Sprecher, PE

As Executive Director of WSQA, Jennifer Sprecher strives to increase awareness, education, and use of the Malcolm Baldrige Criteria throughout Washington's business community.

Before being selected as Executive Director in August 2003, Sprecher served as a Senior Examiner for WSQA. In this role, she had the opportunity to apply WSQA criteria to organizational evaluations in the business, healthcare and public sectors.

With more than 17 years of experience in process improvement, Sprecher also provides outside consulting and training services in quality, lean, and organizational performance. Sprecher's philosophy emphasizes sound measurements, team problem solving, value-added improvements for quality, and thoughtful involvement of affected parties.

Sprecher has a BS in Industrial Engineering, is registered as a Professional Engineer, has training as an ISO Lead Assessor, and is a certified Total Quality Management Instructor.
