There are many opportunities to volunteer to assist WSQA with our mission.
Tracking of accounts, verifying invoices, preparation of checks for signature. Could also include tax preparation. Experience with a not-for-profit is advantageous.
Enrolling participants in workshops, conferences, peer groups, etc. Gathering and distributing copies, e-mail notices, and newsletters; answering phone calls and inquiries; completing and distributing board and judges panel meeting minutes and agendas. Support can be a portion or all of these duties.
Preparation and submission of media-ready releases.
Design of marketing materials for memberships, sponsorships, training, award application, speaking announcements, etc.
Development, review, and editing of training materials.
Building and managing the database.
Web site redesign, timely updates, and hosting.
Participate on the conference committee working to host conferences throughout the state.
