WSQA is pleased to offer access to our speakers bureau.  Through the support of our volunteers and board members, WSQA is able to offer organizations access to powerful presentations that encourage and support your journey to excellence.  Topics include:

    • A brief overview of the Power of the Baldrige Model
  • Becoming a WSQA examiner
    • Highlighting the values to both the employee and employer
  • Obtaining the greatest Return on Your Investment
    • A review of the Baldrige investment and returns
  • Baldrige the Next Step
    • Moving from certification (JACHO, ISO, and accreditation)
    • Lean, Six Sigma and other improvement efforts
We offer these presentations to organizations in education, public sector, businesses, non profit and healthcare.  We also support professional organizations and committees.   There is no charge for this service, though we may ask for reimbursement for travel expense.
