WORKSHOP REGISTRATION FEES AND POLICIES

Open Enrollment Fees

Individual Participant
  • $195 for half-day Workshop
  • $225 for one day Workshop
  • $395 for two day Workshop

Register three or more for a $25 discount per person.

Selected workshops are designated for State Employees are offered at a reduced rate.  These workshops are noted on the Workshop schedule as being for State Employees Only. Workshops designated for State Employees are at the following rate:

  • $145 for half-day Workshop
  • $195 for a one day Workshop
  • $325 for a two day Workshop
Individual Member Discount* OR Group Registration Discount

WSQA members receive a $35 discount.

Three or more individuals registering at the same time receive a $25 discount per person (when registering choose Group Registration as Contact Type).

Note: Individuals may only receive one discount per registration. Group Registration not available for workshops designated State Employees Only.

Cancellation Policy All cancellations must be received two weeks prior to the event to receive a refund.
Payment Policy Payment must be received within 15 days following the workshop. After 30 days, a charge of $25 per month will be assessed.

Fees

Half Day Training – $2100 for 20 participants

Half Day Training – $2400 for 20-35 participants + $25/participant (over 20)

Full Day Training – $3200 for 20 participants

Full Day Training – $3700 for 20-35 participants + $25/participant (over 20)

Two Full Days – $5600 for 20 participants

Two Full Days – $6600 for 20-35 participants + $25/participant (over 20)

Customization – $500 per workshop customized
Corporate Member Discount* Gold and Platinum members receive a 10% discount.  Silver members receive a 5% discount. Please mention your membership at time of scheduling.

Provisions Host organization is to provide all facilities. Depending on location, there may also be travel expenses.
